When it comes to art, the first step at Ateliers Im Delta is always to gain access. To this end, we have developed a process that starts with the decisions that were made when the art was created. It doesn’t matter whether the artist was conscious of the decisions made or whether they were intuitive. What is essential is that it is necessary to make decisions when creating art and that the decisions made determine the art under consideration. I studied business administration and philosophy of science at the University of Mannheim and have been working as a developer and architect at SAP AG since 1988.
“Since 2004, I have been working on scientific and artistic projects alongside my work at SAP AG. In 2004, the focus was still on the scientific projects and shifted more and more towards the artistic projects with each passing year, as the artist intended through the creative process.”
